The Future Association for Development and Environment’s Guidebook represents a guide for individuals and employees of all sizes and fields of work, guiding them to best practices and procedures in line with the association’s principles, values, and orientations. It provides the association with a set of working guidelines in the areas of general administration, financial management, strategic planning, and board governance. It also provides individuals and employees with specific guidance on the participatory monitoring and evaluation process, setting the association’s development priorities with economic and social development as the basis for work, and participation as a working principle for the association. It also provides guidelines for procedures that ensure non-discrimination in the association’s work, in addition to guidance on compliance with and implementation of laws and treaties, including the texts of these laws and their simplified explanation.
